6 strawberries, frozen

1/2 banana, frozen

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice

1 tablespoon flax oil or coconut oil

2 rounded tablespoons (scoops) of SP COMPLETE protein powder

Banana-Berry Smoothie

1/2 pear, cored

1/2 banana, frozen

1/4 cup frozen blueberries or frozen mixed berries

1 tablespoon flax oil or coconut oil

1 1/4 cup water

1/8 tsp. cinnamon

2 rounded tablespoons (scoops) of SP COMPLETE protein powder

Tropical Fruit Shake

1/2 mango

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1/2 banana, frozen

1 fresh apricot, diced
